BeamFlip provides AI-powered movie recommendations, personalized watchlists, and cinematic discovery tools. We use TMDB for movie data and OpenAI for recommendation algorithms.

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that:

• You will maintain the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You are at least 13 years of age

6. Third-Party Content

Movie data and images are provided by TMDB (The Movie Database). We acknowledge the use of TMDB APIs and comply with their terms of service. All movie-related content remains the property of their respective owners.

7. AI Recommendations

Our AI-powered recommendations are generated by algorithms and may not always be accurate. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on these recommendations.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BeamFlip be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
