Patrick Pat Kilpatrick (born August 20, 1949 in Orange, Virginia, USA) is an American character actor with over 150 film and TV appearances to his name He made his film debut relatively late in 1984 with The Toxic Avenger. Through his career he has built a reputation playing villainous roles, most notably in Death Warrant (1992) starring alongside Jean Claude Van Damme. Some of his other notable film credits include 3 Ninjas: Knuckle Up (1995), Under Siege
